Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
You will receive an order confirmation email right after you've placed your order. Please make sure to enter a valid email address as a shipping confirmation, including a tracking number, will also be emailed to you when your order ships.
We carefully pack our posters in sturdy tubes with end caps. If you purchase multiple posters, they will each arrive rolled up in their own tube. The poster sets are the only ones that arrive rolled up together in a sturdy square tube.
Currently we only ship within Canada and the United States. If you live outside of our shipping area, please note that we are actively working on setting up international shipping too.
For orders placed within Canada, we offer Free Standard shipping (3-5 business days), and for orders placed within the U.S. we offer Free Expedited shipping (2 business days).
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy which means that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will accept your return for a full refund to your original method of payment within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at support@motivorize.com with your order number and return reason and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@motivorize.com if the item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include some pictures of the damage along with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the exact item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return we will issue a full refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
